Kathy wanted to focus on what she called her “End of Life” project, ensuring everything was in place for when she passes.
This included organizing her finances, decluttering her home, completing her Final Wishes booklet, and making important decisions about her burial plans and more.
Our sessions helped her create a plan, prioritize, and gather the resources she needed to take action and complete these tasks.
She shared how happy she is with the progress she’s made and continues her decluttering efforts, but she’s especially excited to focus more on her Wildlife Sanctuary project.
Kathy owns a beautiful piece of land near the Mississippi River, where some of her family members are already buried, and where she too hopes to be laid to rest.
This land is incredibly special to her. As part of her legacy, she’s passionate about turning it into a wildlife sanctuary for birds, bees, butterflies, and the deer, squirrels, and rabbits that already call it home.
Here’s a picture of her planting milkweed seeds for the monarch butterflies—just one of the ways she’s nurturing the land.
This is what Kathy had to say just a few weeks into our work together:
“Working with Shereen is truly a gift to oneself!
She is a compassionate human being who helps people find their way through challenging or difficult experiences. At the beginning of each of our sessions together, her very soothing voice helped me become calm and centered.
The affirming and strengthening exercises she then led me through always helped me be in touch with and express my goals. She herself has deep soul goals which enable her to connect to higher resources, which help her enable individuals to restore their energy and gain clarity.
My experiences with Shereen were very enlivening and supportive, helping me articulate and move forward to realize my dreams.
I highly recommend her as a Coach.”
